Who We Are
Stellar Digital Solutions LLC is a boutique digital marketing agency in Niagara Falls, NY. Established in 2024 after 15 years of working for large agencies, we saw that many businesses weren’t getting the time and attention needed to succeed. We founded Stellar Digital Solutions to give each client the focus their business deserves and the dedicated time it takes to achieve real results. Along the way, we hope that through genuine collaboration, long lasting relationships naturally follow.
Why We Exist
After 15 years in digital marketing and working with businesses across North America we saw firsthand how large marketing firms fall short. The same problems kept coming up:
- Communication was thin, and every call we got turned into another sales pitch.
- Accounts got almost no real management. Some firms give a specialist 100 or more accounts, which works out to minutes per month.
- Value was hard to see. Clients paid every month without knowing what changed or whether any of the work paid off.
We built Stellar Digital Solutions to do the opposite. Substance instead of sales tactics. Results you can measure instead of filler reports.
Who We Work With
We aren't built for everyone, and that's on purpose. Our work is personal and we take pride in it, so we pick clients whose goals line up with what we're good at. If we talk and we don't think we're the right fit, we'll say so during that first conversation. We'd rather keep a small roster of clients who receive our full attention than a large client list we barely touch.
Our primary focus is on small businesses in Western and Upstate New York, but we also welcome opportunities to help those beyond our region when the need and fit are right.

Staying Current
Search changes constantly. Google updates its ranking algorithms, AI tools keep moving, and what worked last year can quietly stop working this year. We spend time every week reading, testing, and adjusting what we do, because that is part of the job rather than a bonus. Our clients get strategies based on what works now.
